      • bread- freshly baked sourdough and multi grain bread from Rocket Baby Bakery served with whipped walnut butter and homemade blueberry compote
      • crispy duck confit- slow cooked duck leg served over Flyte Family Farm beans with Tia Paquita chorizo and black pepper port gastrique
      • argentinian style beef- grass fed beef tenderloin marinated in chimichurri and grilled, served over mashed sweet plantains, topped with walnuts
      • braised veal short ribs- strauss Free Raised veal short ribs braised in red wine and tomatoes and served over caramelized carrot risotto
      • jerk pork loin- Hometown Sausage pork loin marinated in Jerk spices and grilled, served over sweet potatoes topped with vanilla mango sauce
      • pallea- Jen Ehr Farm chicken, Tia Paquita chorizo, Laughing Bird shrimp and mussels with piquillo peppers and saffron rice
      • stout cake- chocolate cake soaked in Baileys and topped with Jameson cream cheese frosting

      • banana pecan pancakes w/ whiskey butter & syrup
      • andouile sausage omlette w/ pepper-jack, pico de gallo, totrtillas and homemade breakfast potatoes
      • manmosa- ruby red grapefruit vodka, pineapple vodka, champagne and orange juice
